- 3.We ship our products fresh daily Monday through Friday. To insure you receive only the freshest product, we order your tobacco products on the day your order is placed. We do not keep tobacco products in stock, we receive them from our distributor on the next business day and ship them to you within 2 days of delivery to us. (Orders placed on weekends will be delayed.) This process can take 3-5 business days before you receive your package.
How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?
You may return your purchase by mail. Simply fill out the Return Form enclosed in your package (to avoid any delay in processing your refund, please ensure the form is thoroughly completed). Please mail the completed form, original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to the address on the form.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.
If you wish to exchange your purchase and cannot visit one of our stores, please follow the above return procedures and place a new order for the correct product.
